The use of the imagination or original ideas, esp. in the production of an artistic work.

Critical Thinking:
Thinking or involving an analysis of the merits and faults of a work.

Commitment:
pledge or bind (a person or an organization) to a certain course or policy.

Courage:
Simply Bravery.

Commitment - dedication; application.
